The staff received very good comments from many reviewers of the hotel. Often when guests had negative comments to make about other aspects of the hotel the staff were still complimented. Staff were considered to be welcoming, accommodating and knowledgeable.

The free continental breakfast was appreciated by many guests with some noting they enjoyed the fresh made waffles.

Many guests felt the hotel offered good value for the price they paid. The inclusion of free Wi-Fi and continental breakfast was felt to have added to the overall value.

The Bad

Some guests felt the hotel, although clean and well maintained, was in need of updating. The exterior of the building, linens, furnishings, bathrooms, and TVs were all areas that were mentioned as being in need of upgrading. A few guests also felt the beds and pillows were uncomfortable.

Traffic noise was disturbing for some guests, particularly to those who stayed in rooms on the road side of the building. Noise from guests in adjacent rooms was also considered a problem by a few.
