The GoodThe majority of reviews used for this analysis were positive and focused on the staff, the rooms, the amenities and the location.
Front desk, security and spa staff all received compliments from many guests. Hotel staff were described as being friendly, professional, helpful and accommodating.
Many guests felt the rooms were clean, upscale and well-appointed. Numerous guests appreciated the in-suite laundry machines, kitchen, heated bathroom floor, robes and fireplace included with certain rooms. Some guests who stayed in rooms at the back of the building complimented the river and garden view.
Many guests who used the pool or received a spa treatment were very happy with their experience.
The hotel's proximity to a grocery store, cafes and restaurants was considered convenient by many. Some guests also appreciated its central location and easy access to the Riverway walkway.
The Bad
Although the majority of reviews used for this analysis were positive, a few negative reviews focused on traffic noise and the view from the West side of the building.
Some guests that stayed in certain rooms complained of excessive traffic noise from the nearby bridge.
A few other guests who stayed in rooms at the front (west side) of the building were disappointed in the view, noting that instead of having a mountain view they were looking out at the backside of buildings.
