"The staff were so kind and friendly. BUT ... the noise was astounding. Cars travelling over the bridge right next make a whining sound that is constant. The walls are thin and the man snoring in the next room sounded like he was in our room and the noise from the hall was so intrusive. A lovely hotel that was extremely clean and tidy, but so unrestful."

"When you first walk into the hotel, the lobby makes it is quite nice looking. The outside leave a LOT to be desired. There needs to be a lot of work done on the surrounding property - some landscaping would be nice, as well as the back and underground parking made more friendly/secure feeling. The hotel has a overhead walkway that leads to the second building, and I felt that the second building was too far away from people - it was like a seperate hotel. If there actually was another desk that is manned by a member of staff, it might have made me feel more comfortable - as it sits, I felt a little seperated from people if something happened. I would not stay there again, as the price was pretty outrageous compared to other higher class hotels nearby, and there was also no airconditioning in all of the rooms, although a fan was provided. The room was normal enough, the bathroom needs to have a bit of work with the faucet bakings falling off, hairdryer hanging off the hook on the back of the door, and the tub grout being a bit blackish. The view of the dead grass field on the property could have been livened up pretty nicely with some benches, GREEN grass, shrubs/flowers - a place that looks inviting to go to sit and relax. All in all, I would NOT stay here again, and would NOT recommend it to others - what you pay for is definitely not what you get!!"
