The Good
Many reviews used for this analysis were positive and focused on the free amenities, the rooms, the staff and the location.

Many guests felt the inclusion of complimentary continental breakfast, which some guests felt had a good selection, and the option of free covered parking added to the value of their stay.

Many guests felt the rooms were clean with comfortable beds and pillows. Guests mentioned that the linens and towels were of good quality and that the bathrooms were spacious. Overall, guests thought the rooms were well-appointed.

The staff were complimented by many guests for being friendly and helpful. Guests thought the hotel was well-managed and that the staff were acccommodating and quick to respond to requests or offer directions and local information.

Some guests appreciated that the hotel was just off of the Trans-Canada Highway, making it easy to find and eliminating the need to navigate local traffic.

The Bad
Although the majority of reviews used for this analysis were positive, some negative points focused on noise and the age of the hotel.

Many guests felt that there was heavy traffic noise from Brunette Avenue. Guests suggested requesting a room at the back of the building for a quieter night's stay.

Several guests felt that the carpeting was worn and in need of replacing and that the windows needed to be upgraded to help block out traffic noise. A few guests also mentioned that the pool area was lackluster and could use a renovation to make it more modern and inviting.
