Overview
This hotel is located on Highway 97 and is about a 5-minute walk from the Greyhound bus station. Offering suites with bunk beds and full kitchens and an on-site waterslide, this property is well suited for guests travelling with children.

Both smoking and non-smoking accommodations are available. All rooms and suites include free Wi-Fi, a 32" flat screen TV with pay-per-view movies, a mini-fridge, a microwave, a desk, an iron and ironing board, a hair dryer and individual climate control. Standard rooms are furnished with three queen beds. 

Kitchen suites also include a full kitchen (microwave, stove, oven, fridge and dishwasher), a dining area, a living room with a sofabed and a fireplace. Suites are furnished with one of the following configurations: one king bed, two queen beds, three queen beds, one king bed and bunk beds or one queen bed and bunk beds. Select suites also include a jetted tub.

Free parking is available on site and pets are permitted for an additional fee of $25 per night.

A free breakfast is served daily from 5 am to 10 am.

Among the reviews used for this analysis, many guests described their rooms as clean and well maintained. A couple of guests also mentioned that their rooms were spacious and that their beds were comfortable.

The staff were frequently complimented for their friendly and helpful service. However a few guests thought that the service could be improved. A few reviewers who praised the front desk staff indicated that they thought the front line staff did a great job, despite a lack of support or proper management.

Several guests appreciated the free breakfast, however several reviewers thought that the breakfast could have been better (see below for more details).

Several reviewers were disappointed that their reserved rooms were not available at check-in and a few guests found the staff to be somewhat disinterested or unable to solve their problems. A couple of these guests complained that they were not told at check-in that the hotel was experiencing problems, such as a broken elevator, broken pool heater, inactive pay-per-view movie service and/or a non-functioning hot tub.

As mentioned above several guests thought that the free breakfast could have been better. A couple of reviewers thought that more hot items should be added to the selection, while a couple of other guests agreed that food items were not adequately replenished.

Some reviewers thought that the room rates were expensive, while a couple of guests thought that their non-smoking rooms smelled like cigarette smoke.
