"We had a bad night the first night with other visitors running up and down the halls and slamming doors. Woke us up several times. We told the management and we immediately got recompense...we were upgraded to a new room (bigger & better), got one meal free and was given a platter of fruit & cheese from the staff. We were well taken care of and we felt that the staff really wanted our future business. We will definitely want to stay there again if we are back there."

"I could not access the internet with my laptop in the business centre or the dial up in the room which was frustrating.
The air conditioner blew only marginally cool air about 10 feet from the wall not the whole room and it was noisy.
I received a bill amount from Can. hotel guide of 377.97 and a bill from the Sandman upon check out of 257.88. iam waiting for a call from the hotel to find out which amount Iam actully paying."
