The Good
Although reviews used for this analysis were mixed, the positive comments focused on the rooms and the staff.

Although there were a few complaints about the staff being indifferent, some guests felt that they were welcoming, friendly and efficient.

Many guests felt the rooms served their purpose by providing a decent night's stay. Guests felt that some aspects of the rooms appeared to be updated such as laminate and tile flooring and LCD TVs in some rooms. The inclusion of a fridge in every room was also a highlight. A few guests thought the beds were comfortable and the Wi-Fi connection strong.

The Bad
Reviews used for this analysis were mixed with several negative comments focused on the age and state of the building and noise.

Many guests felt the hotel was old and run down. Although some guests felt that aspects of the hotel were upgraded like flooring in some rooms, it was generally thought the renovations were of poor quality and improvements were still required. Furniture, cabinetry, air conditioning units, carpets and balconies were all noted to be in need of replacement or upgrading. Some guests also commented that their rooms weren't very clean including stained linens, cigarette odours and dirty bathtubs.

Some guests felt that the hotel had "thin walls" making it easy to hear noise from guests in adjacent rooms and outside in the parking lot.
