This 100% non-smoking hotel offers 40 rooms over 2 levels. All rooms include free Wi-Fi, free local calls, cable TV, a coffeemaker, a mini-fridge, a microwave, a desk, a hairdryer, an iron and ironing board and climate control. All rooms are furnished with 1 queen bed or 2 double beds. Room extras include ocean views, a kitchen (stove, oven, fridge, microwave, toaster, cookware, dinnerware), a kitchenette (with stove top but no oven) and a balcony. The Good
Guests typically enjoyed their stays at this hotel and were pleased with the hotel's location, value, staff and free breakfast.

Guests loved being right by the beach walkway and some found the vistas exhilarating. One guest spotted eagles and another enjoyed watching a stormy ocean. Other benefits of this location was its nearness to the downtown core for drivers and for public transit users.

Many guests said the rooms were clean, spacious and with working amenities. Many reviewers mentioned enjoying nice views from the hotel and guests often spoke of the hotel providing good value. Adding value to the stay were comfortable beds, a clean swimming pool and hot tub, and the free breakfast.

The free breakfast was considered to be satisfying and offering a good variety. Some guests were pleased to find hard boiled eggs and self-made waffles at the breakfast, along with pleasant views from the breakfast room.
The Bad
On the down side, some guests offered their critique of how the hotel should be improved. Items mentioned for correction included: better vacuuming under the beds and in the corners of the room, better cleaning of the HVAC units and better lighting in the rooms.
