The Bad
While the majority of reviews consulted for this analysis were positive, there were some common complaints about the rooms and staff.

Although several lodgers were pleased with their clean and spacious rooms, some guests were disappointed with their accommodations. They reported mattresses on the floor (instead of proper beds), worn furniture, a lack of power outlets, some cleaning issues and noise transfer from guests in adjacent rooms.

While some reviewers were pleased with the level of customer service they received, a few travellers complained about the staff. They characterized them as inflexible and unaccommodating, reporting being unable to make a cancellation and being asked to pay in cash upon arrival instead of by credit card.
