Several guests agreed that the hotel's location was convenient and suited their specific needs. Some guests appreciated having public transit and restaurants nearby.

The staff were praised for being friendly and cheerful by several reviewers.

Some guests spoke favourably about the rooms and described them as spacious and clean with everything in working order. However, there were mixed opinions about this (see below).

The hotel looked like major repairs were in order and some guests described the hotel as rundown and old.

A few guests, specifically families, were disappointed with the kitchenettes. They felt the kitchenettes were not well-stocked with pots, pans, dish-ware or utensils.

As mentioned above, most of the feedback regarding room cleanliness was positive, however, there were a few guests who disagreed. They claimed that pillows had hair on them and the rooms were extremely dusty.
