"The wireless internet connection is very poor. Slow, hard to get on and often crashes my machine. If you need internet service I would suggest using another hotel. Other than that the people are friendly and helpful, it is clean, quiet, and resonable."

"2nd Floor exit to Metropolis @ Metrotown, 10? theater options, lots of eats. Skytrain is across the street $2.70 one way downtown, allow 20 min. to Burrard street level, couple blocks to Robson St. shopping."

"I had requested a crib with bars (not a playpen) so I could put up my baby's mobile, and I was pleasantly surprised to find that not only did they meet my request, but the even remembered WHY I wanted it specifically! It made me feel like I was a special customer, even though they deal with hundreds of people in a day! They will also provide you with free toilettries if you forget to pack any of your own (razor, toothbrush, etc.) Just excellent! AND KIDS EAT AND STAY FREE!!!!!"
