The hotel's staff were a source of several compliments by reviewers who characterized them as welcoming, friendly, and helpful. A few guests described prompt service and attention when presenting the staff with issues during their stay.
The free continental breakfast was mentioned often in this hotel's positive reviews. It was described as "above average", with many hot and cold items including a waffle/pancake maker, fresh juice, toast, pastries, bacon, sausages, boiled eggs, cereals, and coffee/tea. The Bad
