The Bad
While most of the reviews consulted for this analysis were positive, there were a few complaints among them which included noise transfer, room appliances, and the neighbourhood.
Some guests had negative experiences with noise during their stay. They described hearing noise from other patrons in the parking lot outside, as well as from traffic outside and form children's sports teams running and yelling in adjacent rooms and the hallways.
A few of the rooms' appliances were reported to be in poor condition. Reviewers reported a broken TV, an AC unit which would turn itself on in the night, and mini-fridges which didn't work. It should be noted however, that most guests were very satisfied with their room's condition.
The surrounding neighbourhood of the hotel was a source of disappointment for a couple of guests; they described it as "sketchy" and in an industrial area. It was also mentioned this hotel would be better suited to those with vehicles.
