"Stay at you own risk"
"Upon check in our room had garbage that had not been emptied, dirty glasses left in the sink and a bed where the linens had not been changed. Knew the linens had not been changed as when checking the bed there was someone's dirty slipper between the sheets - unbelievable. The so called sofa bed was like sleeping on a bed of rocks. The chairs in the room were falling apart."

"I found the hotel staff to be helpful and freindly. Ricky s the restraunt attached to the hotel is ok. The location is good , very close to the number 1 highway. Which can be a bad thing also (lots of ambulance sirens). Its a comfort inn so my expections were that of a "comfort inn" not a five star hotel.The hotel room was ok, just a little pricy in my opion.The fitness room was getting redone also"

"Did not end up staying because of bad front desk service."
"We arrived at 1:00 am after a long flight. I gave the man at the desk my confirmation paper that I printed off and brought he said he did not need it. He could not register us in this hotel as he did not know the computer well. He had my ID and could not put in a correct address as he kept asking what country we were from. It was 1 hour we stood there while he tried to register us. By this time it is 2:oo in the morning and we told him we were leaving and going to another hotel. the experience at the front desk was enough for me to never go back and to pass it on to other people looking for a hotel. I called the phone number from the lobby and advised you that we were not staying there and that there would be no charges on my credit card. I went there to pick up my terminally ill father and bring him to Edmonton and this experience was terrible to add on to the stresses of the trip. The front desk attendant did not do anything to help us to make the stay better until we were leaving he offered a night free AFTER we had called another hotel to go and stay there."

"In the room we were in for 2 people, there was only 1 chair. Very uncomfortable sitting on the bed.
The name of the hotel should be corrected as soon as possible.
Beds were comfortable.
Brkfst was done nicely."
