This 100% non-smoking hotel offers 128 rooms over three floors. Standard room features include a TV, an iron and ironing board, a hair dryer, a coffeemaker, a fridge, a microwave and either two queen beds or a king bed and sofabed. Suites sleep from two to eight people and may be studio style or feature one or two bedrooms and may include a living room area with sofabed, a fridge and microwave, a kitchen or kitchenette, robes and/or a jetted tub. Room service and free Wi-Fi is available in every room. Pets are not allowed.
Amenities at this hotel include two indoor pools, two hot tubs, a fitness centre, meeting and conference facilities, a business centre, a gift shop, coffee service in the lobby, a courtyard and guest-operated laundry. ABC Country Restaurant is on site, open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Free hot breakfast and parking are available to all guests.
Several shops and restaurants are within a few kilometres of the hotel and the downtown core can be reached in about 10 minutes by car. Many guests thought the rooms were clean, spacious and well-maintained, with modern decor and comfortable beds and pillows.

Some guests appreciated the hotel's location because it offered quick access to the Trans-Canada Highway and Abbotsford International Airport (YXX). In addition, there were several guests who were in the area for hockey tournaments and were happy with the hotel because it was close the ice rinks.
A few guests complained that the heater in their room was noisy while others were disturbed by traffic noise, especially with windows open. Noise from guests or staff in the hallways or breakfast room was also a problem for a few guests.

"everything was good. breakfast - would have like to see some bagels on the menu. the toilet was very cramped, extremely uncomfortable. otherwise everything was good. bed was comfortable. i love 4 pillows amazing!! freezer didnt freeze my cryopacs.maybe needs upgrade."

"Just had a bit of trouble finding it as we saw the other Best Western from the highway, driving west, and thought it was the one we wanted. Apart from that, our stay was a good experience."

"We arrived late to the hotel but the staf were very alert and helpful. The hotel is easy to locate. We were up graded to the "jaccuzzi" room and it was very impressive."
