"We booked a room with a King Size bed but they only had queen sized beds available. House keeping was poor as the only thing that was done by the hotel staff was make the bed. The towels, house coats etc were not changed as we requested and there was no toilet paper in the washroom."

Located in the heart of the village, Waterton Glacier Suites is the parks newest property and the only all suite hotel. Each room offers private balconies, gas fireplaces and Jacuzzi bathtubs. The hotel is a just step away from restaurants, shopping, lounges, golf, horseback riding and boat cruises. Waterton also offers some of Canada's best boot hikes and canoe rentals; the later are just a short drive away. The hotel offers complimentary parking, maid and wakeup service.
