"I was very impressed, it was clean, the front desk staff was friendly and the beds and pillos were comfortable. It was a very short but very pleasant stay. I can't answer the question about location as we were in Sherwood Park to attend the Dance Championships in Fort Saskatchewan and the hotel location was convenient. I was also thrilled to find Tim Horton's a block away the next morning!"

"Crystal did everything she could to accommodate us but we were put into a smoking room which I did agree to after being told you were "in a pinch". We were told we were "upgraded" to an executive room but would be given a standard room rate for the inconvenience. We paid $300 for a two-night stay in a smoky room with very unfriendly staff (other than Crystal)and no room cleaning whatsoever. I am very disappointed in the customer service and will not stay in your hotel again."
