"At check-in time, there was confusion about the room that was booked. Although I had booked a certain style of room (for 4 people) and phoned St. Paul to confirm the day of our check-in, they initially put us in a much smaller room that had enough sleepin space for 2 people. Their initial answer to this problem is that they wanted to send in a cot. It took some discussion with the hotel staff to get room size that I had booked on the internet."
