Had a great stay Rocky's Best Western Hotel

Not a good continental breakfast

the reception clerk was rather indifferent

We were surprised when we arrived that our room seemed to be a smoking room as it smelt like cigarette smoke as we had requested a non-smoking room while making the reservation

The hotel people were fine and accommodated our needs well The problem for us was with your own organisation - I specifically chose the room options indicated as available which were NOT designated as smoking rooms, when booking on the internet. When we arrived we found the booking had been made for a smoking room which definitely took the edge off our enjoyment and required an air purifier to be provided from the hotel. They did all they could to assist in what they insisted was a booking problem generated by your system. And I am sure you will still want to charge us for your own poor level of service provision, which I will resent, and will ensure I never use your service again. Ken Dutton [Client 84582098]
