Located about a 5-minute drive from Hwy 2 (Queen Elizabeth II Hwy) and across the street from the Greyhound Bus Station (a 2-minute walk), this hotel appeals to guests seeking basic accommodation at a lower price point.

All 62 rooms at this hotel have free Wi-Fi, a mini-fridge, a microwave and a coffeemaker. Guests can choose from rooms with either queen or double beds. Pets are permitted for a cost of $15/day.

The Bad
Based on the reviews for this hotel, guests were generally not impressed. They were particularly critical about the lack of thorough cleaning in the rooms and about the general state and appearance of the hotel.

There was a sense that rooms at this hotel were dirty and generally in a state of disrepair. Guests complained about a lack of detailed cleaning in the rooms and specifically mentioned moldy tiles and coffeepots as well as dirty bathrooms and windows.

There was need for some maintenance as well, according to reviewers. There were reports of broken faucets in the bathroom, problems with hot water and holes in the walls.

A few guests complained about bugs of various kinds in the rooms (ants, beetles, bed bugs).

Guests complained of unpleasant odours in their rooms. Some guests were non-specific about the source of the odours, but a number of guests complained specifically about lingering cigarette smoke odours.

Noise was an issue for a number of guests, who were bothered by street noise from busy Gaetz Ave, as well as from noisy neighbours in adjacent rooms and from guests congregating in the hallway. A number of guests complained about noisy air conditioning units as well.

Some guests complained about inadequate heating and said that their rooms were extremely cold.
