There were a number of complaints from guests who were disturbed by noise from guests in neighbouring rooms and from the hallways. Guests suggested that more could be done to soundproof the walls. Many indicated that they could hear other people's conversations in detail. A few guests were bothered by street noise as well.
A few guests complained about the size and the layout of the bathrooms. Some guests thought that the bathrooms were very small. A few guests thought that it was awkward having the sink located outside of the bathroom itself.
