"We will definitely stay there again."
"Extremely pleasant and helpful staff; wonderful free breakfast (wide variety of food); very competitive prices. There were 4 of us in two rooms and we all agreed that we were pleasantly surprised by all of the above noted items. The location was great for us, we loved the layout of the room, the comfortable beds, etc."

"Poor communication & vanity; good location, clean, quiet"
"For visiting the hospital the hotel is perfectly located but parking can be an issue because of the rotating clientele at the Tim Horton's next door.
Although we arranged a slightly late (12 noon) check-out at check-in the room was entered at 11:25 (without a knock or call) by house-keeping, I was called at 11:30 to ask if I was going to check-put "SOON", and house-keeping paid another visit at 11:35 but this time knocked. I left at 11:45 informing the deck of the situation but was told, without compassion, that they had no knowledge of this.
Other than street noise, the hotel is very quiet. The staff were, in general, friendly and polite and everything was very clean.
The sink unit (vanity) was very cramped for one person never mind two."
