The Bad
While most of the reviews read for this report were of a positive nature, guests did have a few complaints, including some issues with noise disturbance.

There was a nightclub adjacent to the hotel (on the east side), which some guests found troublesome, both due to a lack of parking in the late evening/early morning, and because of noise disturbance from music and from patrons of the nightclub. To mitigate noise disturbance, guests recommended getting rooms on the west side of the building, away from the nightclub. Other complaints arose from guests returning from parties at the hotel who could be heard in rooms near the elevator and through the doors to the hallways.

A couple of guests complained about lingering odours of cigarette smoke, even though the hotel was non-smoking. These issues seemed to be a problem in the non-tower rooms that one guest said looked like an older motel, at least from the hallways.

There was the odd complaint concerning things that needed maintenance: a cracked toilet seat, a tub drain that didn't work, a cramped bathroom, dirty windows and ripped or stained carpets. One guest said there was no elevator in this section of the hotel.

In addition, a few guests found the restaurant and room service prices to be a little pricey.
