"Nice enough, clean and the staff was really great. The rooms were ok, very small. Hot tub was closed, dissapointing. Overall we would stay again."

"The people at this hotel are very friendly. The hotel is also quiet, clean and offers everything one needs. The location is simply perfect. This hotel fully met my expectations. In fact, I liked so much that I returned and extended my stay."

"Room for improvement"
"Excellent customer service. Bathroom difficult to navigate as had to close the door everytime went in there, even if just to use the sink. Shower head leaked, hit the too close tiled ceiling - now stained and soaked. Found hairs in shower stall. Room walls very thin. Was grateful that girl at front desk moved me to a room with no one on either side. She was very understanding."

"Had a non smoking room, but assume there was smoking rooms close or in the same hall as you could smell smoke especially in the bathroom - possible venting system issue, or coming in under large space under and on side of door. Clock radio didn't work and I let the staff know about it the first night and would have been nice to have it replaced for our second and third night. The cracks in the bottom and side of door also allowed alot of light through - we placed a towel on the bottom."

"It's expensive for the room etc. We stayed for convenience but in this price range there are better deals. My complaint is also with you as I asked for a receipt of some kind and the lady was unable to provide one. I later found out that this room would have been far cheaper had I booked directly. Also don't like the usage of US funds in Canada for Canadians"

"Staff at front desk where rude , I had pre booked my room, when I asked to cancel my room because of staff attitude I was told that the booking agent had already charged my visa and I would have had to pay for the room whether I stayed there or not. You can be sure that this gup will never stay at your hotel adain. Ross Small"
