"The hotel was very accommodating about letting us check in at 10:30 in the morning. We were in a room without a fridge and when the hotel maid discovered that we were trying to keep some food products chilled with ice she arranged to have a bar fridge put in the room. If I had one complaint it would be about how loud the wall mounted heat unit was. It kept coming on every few minutes and was extremely loud. It kept me awake nearly the entire night."

"A pleasant experience"
"Other than a very small bathroom our room was comfortable and, although facing the inside courtyard, was quite quiet. The beds were very comfortable. The staff was always friendly and helpful."

"dont stay there on the victoria day long weekend as i did if you want to rest. There is a lacrosse tournament on that weekend and the hotel was full of screaming kids and adults that dont control them.At gone midnight the noise at the pool area was so bad after asking at the desk for it to be seen too i finally had a word with the people myself,so if you are looking for a quiet venue this is not it."

"room was sound proof and the heavy curtains kept the room nice and dark.
When I askeed the cleaning lady for a shet so I could sleep on the couch she also supplied me with an extra blanket. The main bed is probably comfortable but due to a health condition I use a sleeping wedge and having a heavy comfortable couch enhanced my sleep.
I noticed a number of young men from a team sport , a few of them were carrying cases of beer to their rooms.I prejudged them thinking they would cause a lot of noise but there was no noise .You can use my name for comments but I have to say when I read "testemonials" with only a first name I tend not to believe them as there is no way of knowing if the actual person exists."

"We had requested a non smoking room due to allergies. When we arrived
we were told that we would have to move for our third night because our room was booked. Needless, to say this was unexceptable to us and did not agree to the move.Moving rooms is an inconvenience once settled in and should not be expected of a guest that booked 6 months in advance. We were told that they would have to bump the guest booked in our room for the night we stayed. This should not even have been an issue to make mention us as it was not our problem in the first place.
No. 2 Our burned out light bulb in a lamp was left unchanged for 3 days."
