"Due to extremely poor driving conditions and weather, we were unable to reach Red Deer for our planned stay. I called to ask if we would be able to change the date due to these poor conditions and the clerk ws extremely rude - not only would they not respond to my question, the fellow told me they were too busy to deal with that at the moment and I would be called back. When they did call back, the woman was also very rude and not very accommodating considering the circumstances. I commented on their manners, and remarked that the Holiday Inn Express would be the last one I chose to stay at when I am able to reach Red Deer again because of that, and she responded " whatever" - Not impressive."

"Staff was very friendly and helpful, hotel clean and quiet and the breakfast area was well stocked and perfect for a quick morning bite and coffee. I will definitely book for all future business trips to Red Deer."
