"Great breakfast! Friendly staff and complementary freshly made cookies WOW! Chose the hotel for the pool and hot tub...will come back for the friendly and courteous staff..and yes, the cookies."

"Housekeeping needs serious improvement!"
"Registration at hotel was great-very good receptionist. Next morning our toilet was plugged. We were told it couldn't be fixed until later as housekeeping was just starting. Had to leave room and find a
toilet elsewhere. When we returned to the hotel later on in the evening, the toilet was working and we were left with a plunger in the bathroom ( I guess were expected to do our own plumbing). We had no glasses in the room and the coffee pot had not been cleaned. When we asked for glasses we were told they didn't have any and brought us paper coffee cups. The best part of the stay was the lady who looked after the breakfast."

"We have food allergies and the room was "business" class. The fridge and microwave worked perfectly with our portable cooler which we must have to carry the proper foods.
Karilyn at the front desk was the greatest."

"During our stay there was a young boys hockey team who had put shampoo into thehot tub, The staff at the hotel were absolutely awesome with us as we had to small kids that were very disappointed that they couldnt swim.Your staff worked double time to at least get the swimming pool ready to go for us. It was the most awesome staff, also the front desk girls learned my kids names and would talk with them everytime we went throught the lobby. It was like staying with friends....WE WILL BE BACK IT WAS OUR PLEASURE !!!!!"
