The location was convenient. It was just off Hwy 2, easy to find, and guests liked its proximity to Westerner Park, shopping and restaurants.
Guests liked the rooms. They were described as large and clean with comfy beds, soft sheets and good shower pressure. Guests also liked getting a small goodie bag left in the room for them.
Guests liked the staff. They were amenable, accommodating and helpful with providing local information. Guests enjoyed being chosen "guest of the day" and also mentioned getting early check ins from very friendly staff.
Guests typically enjoyed the free hot breakfast. It offered a good variety, with delicious coffee and it was presented in a well maintained and clean dining area.
Guests enjoyed the free coffee bar with lemon water, fruit and cookies in the lobby.
The waterslide and indoor pool was well liked by those who used it.

Some guests felt the free breakfast left something to be desired. They found the area small and not well organized, the selection not as good as other Days Inn hotels and guests complained that they sometimes ran out of certain items.
Other occasional complaints: one guest's room smelled of smoke, beds hard, pillows uncomfortable, maids need to vacuum daily during the stay, elevator carpets old, room not soundproof, carpets could use an update and rooms getting tired.
