"-children were running down the halls, when I called to the desk they said they would send down security - at 3:00am adults came back from partying and were drunk, and very loud, not one group but two different ones - when these people pass by the desk they should be escorted up to their units so not everyone is woke up at all hours of the morning. We pay the same price for a room and should have the right to quiet use and enjoyment. When I mentioned this to the desk upon checkout, they said because we already had breakfast, there was nothing that they could do. They said that there were a couple rodeos in town and it would probably be a could loud nites. This is not acceptable. This does not give others the right to inconvenience other people staying at the hotel. - the elevator we came down on in the morning was absolutely filthy, pieces of bread and pizza, etc. laying around."
