"The pool was not open, one of the reasons we had decided to stay there again. The door on the room we had been given looked like it had been kicked in recently, didn't lock properly because it had a piece of wood screwed in where the door latches used to be, and hung open about 1.5 inches even when the door was locked. We did not feel very comfortable or safe there. When I mentioned this to the girl at the desk, her response was that they shouldn't have rented this room out in the first place and left it at that!!! Very dissatisfying stay. This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel, and may be our last."

"close to airport and some early morning flights. bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper"
