"I have never had a worse experience with customer service than at this hotel. We booked a specific room on this site and when we got there, it was not the room we booked. The hotel blamed the website and would not accommodate our large family with a sleeping arrangement that would work. Finally after numerous calls to a manager, and three room switches, we got an arrangement that worked. It was a very frustrating experience. I would not recommend this hotel again."

"Our room 304 on the 3rd floor was nice and clean so were the beds.The Pillows were so soft and fluffy!! The Free Breakfast - AND the coffee was excellent - Coffee & Cookies 24/7 - The cookies were yummy. The staff were very pleasent, and helpful. The waterslide was great. Thank You. Days Inn. P/S In July 2005 we stayed 19 days at the Day's Inn in Lethbridge waiting to move in to our newly bought home. We found that it was also the same as above then. Both Very Good Hotels. Patricia W."

"I WAS VERY UNHAPPY WITH THE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I BOOKED A ROOM A WEEK A HEAD OF MY STAY. WE GOT TO MEDICINE HAT THAT EVENING THEY GAVE US A ROOM THAT THE TOILET DIDNT WORK. I CALLED THE FRONT DESK AND SHE SAID THAT SHE WOULD TRY TO CONTACT SOMEONE AND GET BACK TO ME RIGHT AWAY. I WAITED 20 MINUTES WITHOUT A RESPONSE FROM HER. WE THEN CALLED THE FRONT DESK BACK AND SHE SAID THAT THERE WAS NOTHING THAT THEY COULD DO. SHE WASNT EVEN GONG TO CALL ME BACK. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE WE LEFT THE HOTEL AND WENT ACROSS THE STREET TO ANOTHER HOTEL. THIS IS THE WORST STAY I HAVE EVERY HAD AFTER DRIVING FOR HOURS."
