"The window in the room was incorrectly latched leaving a gap that caused wind and noise to enter during the night. Unfortunately this resulted in a poor sleep.
A bus parked outside the room and left running was moved after a call to the front desk. Thank you for the follow up service on that."

"do not appreciate your policy of not letting check-in until 3PM. We arrived from Calgary about 1:30 and wanted to freshen up and change clothes before our 2 PM function. How is it possible not to have even one room ready by that time? Going to the function in travelling clothes was very inconvenient. You have cleaning staffs starting by eight in the morning, so surely they would have had time to have most of the rooms ready for occupancy by 1:30!!! Because of time constraints I could not go to another hotel but I surely would have."

"It would be nice to have some control on the noise level that occurs in the hallway after midnight, I know it only takes a very small group to disturb a whole floor, but it would be nice not to have to hear their loud conversations after leaving the bar."
