The window in the room was incorrectly latched leaving a gap that caused wind and noise to enter during the night A bus parked outside the room and left running was moved after a call to the front desk. Thank you for the follow up service on that.

Not Again!

Our room 304 on the 3rd floor was nice and clean so were the beds The Free Breakfast - AND the coffee was excellent - Coffee & Cookies 24/7 - The cookies were yummy. The staff were very pleasent, and helpful. The waterslide was great. Thank You. Days Inn. P/S In July 2005 we stayed 19 days at the Day's Inn in Lethbridge waiting to move in to our newly bought home. We found that it was also the same as above then. Both Very Good Hotels. Patricia W.
