"I had reserved a room with 2 queen beds when I arrived the room we were given was 1 bed and a pull out sofa, when i spoke to the manager about it he was extremely rude and told me to check out. I have never been treated like that in my life and I would never suggest anyone stay at this hotel. That manager obviously has zero knowledge of what customer service is and I am bafled as to how he got that job."
