"Undoubtedly the most disgusting hotel ever."
"The room we had was disgusting. The rug was stained beyond habitation and you would never go without shoes. I wiped the table and TV remote and they were both filthy. We unfortunately had booked 3 days (non-refundable) and on the last day I took a white face cloth and took one wipe of the bathroom floor and it was black. When I checked out I put the black facecloth on the desk and advised of my opinion. Very little response from desk girl or the manager. I took pictures which will be sent to head office."

"Our stay was great the the staff was exceptional. The only comment I shared with the front desk was one of the bedspreads and warm blanket was dirty - looked like spilled coffee. Our family does spend time in Lethbridge and this will be the hotel we go back to and the rates were great."

"After circling the block a few times, I realized that the hotel was not a Super 8, but instead a Thriftlodge. I was told upon arrival that it ceased being a Super 8 about 2-3 months ago. Knowing the bad reputation of my own local Thriftlodge (Saskatoon), I would never have booked this hotel knowing it was a Thriftlodge and not a Super 8. So, needless to say, I was very pleasantly surprized once I viewed the hotel room. I was expecting something terrible."
