The GoodThe negative feedback outweighed the positive feedback, among the reviews consulted for this analysis. It should be noted that the majority of negative feedback was not recent with most of the current feedback consists of positive comments. Guests praised the rooms, the location, the value, the staff and the breakfast.
Several guests thought the rooms were clean and cozy. However, there were mixed reviews about this (see below).

The Bad
As mentioned above, the negative reviews outweighed the positive reviews but the negative feedback was not necessarily current. However, there were some common complaints from guests about the age of the hotel, the decor, noise complaints and the bathrooms.
Although most of the feedback regarding the rooms was positive, several guests felt the hotel was starting to show its age and upgrades were suggested.
Some guests did not enjoy the beds and thought they were uncomfortable.
The bathrooms, according to some guests, were too small for comfort.
