Guests were generally happy with their stay and most of the feedback sourced for this analysis was positive. Guests liked the rooms, the staff, the location, the beds and the breakfast.
The biggest source of praise among reviews was the rooms. Many reviewers felt the rooms were spacious, clean, comfortable and quiet. Several guests were surprised to find how quiet the rooms were, despite its main road location. Additionally, a few guests liked that an in-room bottle of water was provided and they felt it was a nice touch. However, there were mixed reviews and opposing opinions about the comfort level of the rooms (see below).
Many reviewers complimented the staff and described them as friendly and knowledgeable of the area.
The hotel's location, according to many guests, was convenient to amenities. Several guests found the location to be central and they liked that it was located right off a main road (Highway 5).
The breakfast was enjoyable and several guests liked that there was ample seating in the area. They described the breakfast as fresh and well-stocked.
The beds were comfortable, said some reviewers. However, there were some opposing opinions about this (see below).
As mentioned above, the majority of reviews for this hotel were positive. However, there were some common complaints from reviewers about the decor, the parking and the elevators.
Although most of the comments regarding the room comfort was positive, several guests felt the decor was dated and the furnishings could be upgraded. And while the beds received good reviews, some guests felt the linen quality was poor and the blankets were thin.
Some guests had concerns about parking. They claimed that several oversized vehicles took more than one spot, making it difficult for them to find parking for themselves.
The elevators were too small, according to some reviewers. This made transporting luggage slightly difficult for these guests.
