"It was good to have a "business centre" with access to internet and a printer, but while the room was ok, the chair wheels were broken and it was a bit grubby overall."

"Check is was frustrating. When I tried to get in to my room for the first time neither of my cards would open the door. Had to leave all my belongings in the hallway, return to the front desk and wait in line for another 10 minutes to get the cards "charged" - she had provided them to me without scanning them first.
My room faced the waterpark and was very noisy until 10:00pm.
My toilet plugged up."
