"The experience was good, location perfect, would book again."
"24 hr service desk good, free drink ticket in the lounge (and popcorn) for each guest, pool was nice. Unfortunately the hot tub was not in service during our stay. We would have appreciated knowing this in advance. Location was excellent. The bathroom could have used an upgrade. Even with help from the 1-800 # I had great difficulty accessing the internet in the room, but by the middle of the second day was able to connect."

"The room was very nice, but it was not quiet even in the middle of the night because of a nearby noisy elevator. The interior facing rooms also get noise from the pool and lounge. I probably would not stay there again as there are better places in town for less money, but if I did I would take an outside facing room."

"Hotel Staff was very accomidating. Our room was beside the elevators and we didn't like the sound so the quickly changed rooms for us and credited our room a free movie. They were so nice about it! Rooms which face the court yard can be a bit noisey but nice background noise."
