"Hotel Staff was very accomidating. Our room was beside the elevators and we didn't like the sound so the quickly changed rooms for us and credited our room a free movie. They were so nice about it! Rooms which face the court yard can be a bit noisey but nice background noise. Staff also couldn't find our resvation with canada hotel guide but I had the print out so they matched the rate and gave us a comparable room. If they were full it could have been a real mess!"

Our family friendly restaurant Botanica has a new diverse menu, which can also be found within the Cotton Blossom Lounge. Our Lounge is nestled in the heart of the hotel and surrounded by foliage from our New Orleans inspired courtyard. Live music is also featured Monday to Saturday starting at 4:30 in the lounge. For those who wish to kick of their shoes and have a good time there is Essies, a full service night club featuring all the newest music and favorite oldies from alternative to country and rock. If in need of a quiet evenings seclusion our American inspired cuisine is also available in room, to be enjoyed while taking in a view of the geographical wonder of the coulees and the man made masterpiece which is the High Level Bridge. If one is in need of a family get away there are family suites available located just off the poolside, and with our pet friendly rooms, feel free to bring the entire family. For those in need of relaxing those muscles after a long day at work or a hard workout in our fitness facilities, there is also a whirlpool with a tranquil water fall and stream flowing in the background.
