"Water park need work!"
"All in all, our stay at the hotel was comfortable and offered fair value for our dollar. My one complaint would be that the water park is in need of some work. Maintenance appeared to be somewhat neglected and the place is in need of a face lift."

"Major problem which I noticed. I was aware the fan could not be turned off, and the skirt surrounding the bed was torn and their was hair in the tub plus there was a continual humming noise coming through the wall."

"Continental breakfast = the worst I have ever had.
Flies everywhere, barely anything to choose from - some type of mean patty that was absolutely discusting, no peanut butter. I usually dont complain about peanut butter, but a bagel was the only thing I could have - since there wasnt really anything else to choose from."

"It was good to have a "business centre" with access to internet and a printer, but while the room was ok, the chair wheels were broken and it was a bit grubby overall."

"Check is was frustrating. When I tried to get in to my room for the first time neither of my cards would open the door. Had to leave all my belongings in the hallway, return to the front desk and wait in line for another 10 minutes to get the cards "charged" - she had provided them to me without scanning them first.
My room faced the waterpark and was very noisy until 10:00pm.
My toilet plugged up."
