Several reviewers were happy with the on-site waterpark. It was a good source of entertainment for them and some guests booked this hotel for this amenity, specifically those travelling with kids.
The staff received praise from several guests and were described as friendly and the service as outstanding. Some guests liked that the check-in process was pleasant and efficient. However, there were mixed reviews about this and opposing opinions (see below).

As mentioned above, the majority of feedback regarding this hotel was positive and guests were generally happy with their stay. However, there were some common concerns from guests about noise, uncomfortable beds and customer service issues.
Some reviewers complained about noise from the on-site waterpark. These reviewers were disturbed during the waterpark hours and felt this inconvenience took away from their trip.
