The GoodThe vast majority of reviews consulted for this analysis were positive with feedback on the staff, the rooms, the breakfast, the overall appearance of the hotel, the beds, the rates and the pool.
By far, the biggest source of praise from reviewers was the staff and service. Many guests complimented the staff and described them as friendly, professional, helpful and even amazing. Several guests felt the staff were well trained while others thought the level of customer service was excellent.
The rooms impressed many reviewers as they were described as clean, comfortable and bright. However, there were some mixed reviews regarding the comfort of the rooms (see below for more details). Additionally, some guests complimented the overall appearance of the hotel and thought the decor was modern.
