"The inside rooms tend to be a bit noisy because they surround the pool area, and it would have been nice to have a restaurant. The bottom sheet was not fitted, making it uncomfortable to sleep on. Pretty clean, friendly service, but not worth the $100. We walked across the parking lot to the lethbridge lodge to eat twice and I would recommend spending the extra couple bucks to stay there. The lounge is amazing...there was even live entertainment over dinner."

"Bath tub had stains and the pillows were awful. Superb water pressure in the shower though! The landing outside (we were on the second floor) did not insulate sound very well so we were woken up by the stomps of drunken guests staying next door. I had to reverse my sleeping position to the other end of the bed because the snoring of a guest in the next room was so loud. I think the two beds in each room were perpindicular to each other (with the wall separating them), so this could be remedied by reorienting the beds. Although the A/C was very loud, it did block out some of the noise coming from the drunken guests next door."

"Was issued a confirmation number which evidently did not exist when I tried to check in. Would not recommend booking on line although a personal phone call to reservations did not help either when I wanted to make sure a week later that we had a room.
The rooms themselves do not reflect the pleasant setting displayed
around the lounge area. Badly in need of up grading for the prices charged for rooms."

"In order to accomodate our need for convenient (& indoor) access to the courtyard and pool, and our daughter's (& 2yr old) room, the receptionist upgraded both our rooms to inside rooms, next door to each other, at no additional charge. Nice gestures like that will keep people coming back!"

"- coffee pot didn't work
- at 2:30 am the bar next door lets out and the crowds might as well been in the room with us, so if we ever stay here again I would ask for a room on the other side"
