The Good

The majority of guest reviews mentioned that this hotel was a good value for money spent and that they would return. Several guests described their rooms as “spacious” and “comfortable” and many found the hotel to be quiet despite its proximity to the main road.

Many guests appreciated the indoor swimming pool, especially those traveling with children, while others said they found the hot tub relaxing.

The location of the hotel was described as convenient by a number of guests and many were pleased to find several restaurants and grocery stores within a few blocks from their accommodation. Other guests that needed to be near the University of Lethbridge found it easily accessible from the hotel.

The hotel staff were typically described as “accommodating” and “pleasant” and most guests found that check in and check out was both quick and easy. 

The Bad
Guest complaints were usually directed towards the perceived age and class of the property, bed comfort and breakfast selection.

Some of the guests stated that this property needed to be updated and some units were described as “dingy” and “outdated”. A few guests noted that the homemade signs taped on the walls throughout the hotel were “unprofessional” and “tacky”.

Bed comfort (too firm) was a common complaint by several guests and some mentioned that it was difficult to get a good night’s rest because of this.
