"I should have complained about this months ago but never had a chance so here I go!!
I booked my room from the Internet and that was my first mistake!!!! I will NEVER do this again, I was booked at the wrong Hotel, I specified which one I wanted ( I preferred the Hotel where the rest of my son's ball team was staying) but of course got the wrong place!! The room had no air conditioning and the temperature was well over 100 degrees!!
To end this very frustrating stay the Hotel Accomadations charged me on my VISA in AMERICAN funds and then the Hotel in Lethbridge also charged me!! What's that all about??? I have tried to talk to the people that booked my hotel but they will not return my calls!!! I will never use this service again and will never recommend this to anyone!!
