"I was very impressed with the Super 8 in Leduc. The staff was extremaly pleasent. The free water was a nice touch as most Hotels dollar you to death (water $2.00 etc.),free airport shuttle, nice. Fresh fruit very nice. And of course being next door to Tim Hortons a plus."

"The only thing that I didn't like was. I left the sign on the door for house keeping to clean the room, and when we came back five hours later the bed in the room was not made. and we had to ask front desk to ask the people above us to keep the noise down."

"Everything was very nice, except I have one Huge complaint. I understood that check out time in the morning is 11 AM. What I do not understand is why the staff comes into the room before check out time, when the customer is downstairs having the continental breakfast. Do they need to get some snooping done at that time. I am very upset about that, and would like to know what 11 AM checkout time means anyway. Next time I go into a motel, I will know it means nothing. It is just to make people thing they are safe untill 11 AM, so that the staff can come into your room when you are not there, and look what there is to put their nose into. PLEASE let all your customers know that this is what takes place at your motel. THANKYOU SO MUCH."

"The continental breakfast was an added bonus. It is great to get up in the morning and not have to go out for breakfast. It would be nice to have them replace the bed linens with fresh ones every day, rather than every two or three days (for those guests who are there for an extended period of time"

"The toilet had a dripping leak that was loud and echoing. The internet access did not work in the room and I lost a days work. This was the main reason I picked this hotel so I could work. My boss was not impressed with me. I called front desk to address the situation and they could not help me. I suggested calling the ISP and they said no!!"

"The smallest room had 2 queen size beds. I was alone, thus I didn't need to pay the extra for the second bed. It would be nice if you had a smaller room, with one bed, for single travellers. I believe that this could bring your price down. I travelled back to the hotel on 29 Oct 04, and was handed a smoker room. It was late, and there were no other non-smoker rooms avail, so I took it. I would like to suggest that you add more non-smoking rooms at that hotel."

"There was a mix up with the reservation but was taken care of in a friendly and businesslike manner. The complimentary breadfast buffet was rather disappointing. Altogether, our stay was comfortable."
