The GoodThe majority of reviews consulted for this analysis were positive with praise going to the hotel's rooms, location, and staff.
Many lodgers praised their rooms at this hotel, describing them as large and clean. They found the beds and pillows comfortable, the Wi-Fi signal reliable, and the decor and furnishings attractive.
Several guests were pleased with the location of the hotel. They described it as close to the highway, Nisku, and several oil companies in the area. One reviewer remarked, "the proximity to the airport can't be beat". It should be mentioned however, that a few patrons found there to be very few things within walking distance of the hotel.
The staff were a source of numerous compliments by reviewers. They were characterized as friendly, helpful, courteous and knowledgeable, and one guest stated they, "could not have been any more accommodating".
The Bad
While most of the reviews consulted for this analysis were very positive there were couple of common complaints among them, which included noise transfer and the hotel's environmental practices.
Although most patrons found their rooms to be quiet, some guests had complaints of noise disturbances. These guests described being able to hear traffic noise in rooms facing the airport road, as well as noise from the parking lot below their rooms.
A couple of guests were disappointed by the hotel's use of plastic and paper utensils and plates in the breakfast room. They felt a more environmentally-friendly system of using washable dishes should be implemented. It was also mentioned by another reviewer that there seemed to be very little recycling within the hotel which caused them concern.
