Many reviewers praised the accommodations at this hotel. They described the rooms as well-equipped with microwaves and mini-fridges, and exceptionally clean with comfortable beds.
Several guests felt the hotel provided good value. These lodgers were pleased with the reliable free airport shuttle, free Wi-Fi, and the hotel's park and fly rates. The room rates were also deemed reasonable by these guests.
The staff were a source of many compliments by reviewers. They were characterized as extremely friendly, polite, helpful, prompt attentive. These reviewers described the staff taking care of any issues that were brought up very quickly.
The Bad

"A day (and night) at the Day"
"The hotel has much of what I look for: relatively inexpensive, good location, efficient service, shuttle service from the airport. There was a free continental breakfast, an excellent fitness room and it looked like there might be an internet computer available to the public, although I wasn't sure if it was for the use of guests or just the staff. The only slightly annoying things were (1) the sound on the TVs - it just goes up to a volume of "16" and for some channels this was not loud enough to catch all of the dialogue; and (2) a 45 minutes wait at the airport for the shuttle."

"When we got to our room, the paper sleeve was on the toilet but when I removed it, the toilet seat was not clean. That was VERY unattractive for me. Most of use would probably assume that if the paper sleeve is over the toilet seat, then it has been properly cleaned. The shuttle being 20-25 minutes late was a bit inconvenient as well."
