Many reviewers praised their rooms at this hotel, describing them as spotless, spacious and modern. One guest remarked that "all amenities were in good working order".
The hotel's staff were a source of several compliments by lodgers. One reviewer stated the staff, "goes above and beyond", while others characterized them as friendly and accommodating.
Many guests were pleased with the included breakfast. They described it as well-presented and as having a great selection of both hot and cold items. The service was deemed outstanding, while one reviewer remarked, "the breakfast is the best around". It should be mentioned however, that a few guests complained the breakfast hours started too late, (6:00am Monday through Saturday, and 7:00am on Sundays).
The Bad

While most reviewers described their rooms as quiet, some guests experienced noise disruptions during their stay. They reported disturbances from loud air conditioning units waking them up, hearing other guests talking through the vents and in the hallways, as well as noise from plumbing.
A couple of reviewers were disappointed with the TV reception in their rooms. They described the reception cutting in and out, as well as a lack of specialty channels.
