This hotel offers 33 non-smoking rooms and each room comes with a view of Moraine Lake or the Valley of the Ten Peaks. All units have free Wi-Fi, a wood-burning fireplace or gas fireplace, a patio or balcony with table and chairs, and a soaker tub. Rooms are furnished with 2 twin beds, 2 double beds, 1 queen bed, or 1 king bed. A double jacuzzi is offered in the honeymoon suite, and king cabins offer bathrobes and slippers. Rooms do not have telephones or televisions, but a lobby phone is provided for guests.

The hotel's location was by far the biggest highlight for many reviewers. Many guests agreed that the hotel's surrounding area and the lake itself was exceptionally beautiful, and serene with breathtaking vistas.
Guests found the rooms very clean and comfortable. The wood-burning fireplaces provided a cozy and memorable experience and guests liked the rustic elegance of the room's decor. Several guests were also pleased to receive a free bottle of wine as a welcome gift.
