Located in Banff National Park just off Highway 1A, Baker Creek Mountain Resort is suitable for travellers who prefer a hotel with extended kitchen amenities, easy highway access and on-site dining.

Each of this smoke-free hotel's guest rooms and chalets offers free Wi-Fi, a coffeemaker, a full kitchen, a fireplace, a private bathroom and a deck. Units with a separate bedroom, a seating area and a jetted tub are also available. The hotel is not wheelchair accessible.

The hotel's location was praised by many travellers, who found it peaceful and relaxing, as well as close to Lake Louise, hiking and highway access. One patron noted, "We rented a car in Banff and toured all over the valley, skied at the lake Louise ski hill and did all those things you do when visiting this area. Baker Creek is perfectly located for all this but tucked away from the hustle and bustle".

Many lodgers complimented the hotel's staff, characterizing them as accommodating, friendly and attentive. One guest remarked, "The staff really know how to make you feel welcome and look after all your needs. You don't see this type of attentiveness anywhere anymore".
